The first addition of the UMS Advisory journal represents thought leadership on key issues affecting strategic facilities management at a global, enterprise level.

The purpose of this journal is to provide objective thinking and insights on important trends and issues confronting senior FM managers today. Each year, through our client engagements, research, and the annual by-invitation-only UMS Strategic FM Conference, we crystallize issues facing the FM industry. By looking at these issues across industries and companies, understanding them, and articulating them within analytical frameworks, readers benefit from a starting viewpoint from which to launch their own company-specific thinking. Access to outside and fresh perspectives on complex FM matters is a scare luxury that is increasingly important to the senior FM decision-maker.
