The 2010 UMS EU Conference was an invitation-only event that brought together RE & FM executives from various industries to address and tackle key challenges facing organizations in EU. This year’s Conference was particularly exciting as FM in Europe is going through significant changes. EU companies are launching cross-country efforts in addition to in-country improvements for greater efficiency and flexibility. New models for service delivery are being tested amidst increasing market maturity with a focus towards longer term supplier relationships built on a platform of continuous improvement. By bringing together top RE & FM executives from various industries, the 2010 attendees were able to identify and learn alternative ideas and approaches to problem solving, while tapping into the thought-leadership of their peer industry executives.
